I've brought mine in before and told them I wanted it updated because it randomly restarted, and they updated it under the 3/36 warranty. Have the 'Entune 2.0 Premium JBL Audio with Integrated Navigation' in my 2018 R4H Limited, and got (what I expect was) the same update today. This update was introduced in the original Toyota Technical Service Bulletin (T-SB-0103-16 attached) and was superseded later. All the OTA updates Ive done have been software updates to Entune App Suite, the only firmware updates Ive done were by USB download, the last OTA updates I did were two. I am desperately in need of and searching for an older version of Entune software update applicable for 2016-2018 Entune Premium Audio Head Units.
